UPDATE 2011: In accordance with the advice of the Australian Society of Authors, last year I claimed my rights to termination of contract in relation to this book. The book is still available on Amazon because Amazon does not consider it its business to withdraw anything; such matters and royalties are the affair of author and publisher together — assuming they can be in touch. The author does not now know anything about this book published through UK, its sales or even if it is still in print. Unsurprisingly my most recent works have been issued direct onto Amazon by myself through CreateSpace as a more manageable system (though even this is not without its difficulties for someone in Australia as opposed to America!).
